Staying Healthy: Tom Migdalski's Tips

1. Wash your hands before you eat.
2. Keep your hands away from your face. (the main focal point of entry for bacteria is through the eyes and nose)
3. Increase your intake of vitamin-C and Zinc during the cold and flu season.  (2000mg a day is good for vitamin-C)
4. Get plenty of sleep, this helps your body fight off illness and promotes a strong immune system.
5. Avoid alcohol and smoking.  They deplete the vitamin-C in your body and weaken your immune system.
